Do I need a referral from my family doctor?
Yes, it is important that you seek the advice of your family doctor before making an appointment with any specialist. Your GP will direct you to the specialist most appropriate to your needs and may order preliminary blood tests or scans. Dr Gailani will keep your doctor informed of your treatment and progress, so that you will benefit from a co-ordinated, collaborative model of care.
